East London Liquor Company Demerara Rum - Ever tried a Guyanese Demerara Sugar rum? Well now you can. This tasty rum is produced on the only wooden column still left in the world, which produces nine different marques of rum from light to heavy and everything in between. This feisty rum (no blend here) has been aged for three years in ex-bourbon casks.

Tidal Gold Rum - Four specially selected rums are specially selected, carefully blended and infused with Jersey-foraged Pepper Dulse (also known as 'the truffle of the sea’), which is oak smoked to enhance the notes of the different rums. The deep earthy truffle flavours helps balance the rum, creating a more refined and complex drink. Will it be your new favourite?

Diplomatico Exclusiva Reserva - From one of the oldest rum distilleries in Venezuela, this fabulous blend includes rums that are up to 12 years old. With honeyed notes derived from sugar cane and fermented molasses, and prepared in copper, this dark golden rum is rich, sweet and fruity, just how we like ‘em. Plus it’s one of the most awarded rums with more than 20 accolades to its name.

Ron Zacapa 23 Solera Gran Reserva - This is not just any old rum. This is a platinum medal-winner. You won’t be surprised why when we tell you about its pedigree - made from Southern Guatemalan sugar cane ‘honey’ using a yeast strain from pineapples to transform the sugars into alcohol. After distillation, Zacapa is aged at the ‘House Above the Clouds’ in the Guatemalan mountains and kept in old bourbon whisky casks, sherry and Pedro Ximenez wine barrels where the high altitude and low temperature ensures a slower ageing process, allowing the flavours and aromas to combine. An awesome rum.

Chairman's Reserve Spiced Rum - Blending pot-distilled and continuous double distilled rums, be prepared for flavour notes of cinnamon, clove, vanilla, nutmeg and a local botanical known as Richeria Grandis, or as the locals call it Bois Bande. Cinnamon and vanilla notes on the nose, and on the palate the cinnamon burn is strong but pleasant. An all round pleaser!

Matusalem Gran Reserva 15 - This super-premium rum has its roots in Cuba and has weathered a revoluçion. These days it prides itself on being complex, yet velvety-smooth with a pronounced bouquet and flavour. The rum is aged using a ‘Solera’ process where slightly younger rums are blended with older rums - this marrying of old and new softens the fiery younger rum and gives it a refined smoothness and flavour not found in ordinary rums. A favourite at 52.
